When it comes to rats these guys are the best. Extremely knowledgeable about their behavior and how to remove them and keep them OUT of your house, instead of just killing them and walking away like some of the other companies do. You can tell they're passionate about their work. They take the time to find entrance points around the house and properly assess the best way to seal them. After they were done, I wasn't ashamed to have parties in the basement! The technician (Brandon) was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
Also, my parents had a bird that would come visit the alcove above their front door with his face in the corner. It would only come at night and was making a huge mess of droppings - all over the Christmas trees! We contacted Atlas - they came out to have a look and assessed the behavior of the bird. It had been forced out of its nest and was disgruntled. Atlas recommended that we use a deterrent and by damn it worked!
