Front and side door replacement and replacement of 2 large picture windows

This is the second time that I have used Andersen. In 2019 they replaced 20 windows in my home and things went smoothly and the work was done well and completed within 2 months of entering into the contract.
This time, in October 2021, I entered into a contract with them to replace my front and side doors as well as 2 large picture windows. As of today, June 8, 2023, 20 months later, they have still not completed this job. It has been a comedy of errors. The chronology is as follows:

October 2021 - entered into contract

January 2022 - received email confirmation of arrival date of windows and doors and was given an installation date over 2 days in March

February 2022 - received several emails which were either unsigned or claimed to have attachments which were not there.

March 2022 - Installers did the 2 day job in one day. They weren't able to complete the job and leave my home until approximately 10pm. This was in fact at 2 day job. Unfortunately they scratched the side door panel and the handle. They also did not reconnect my outdoor intercom which they had to remove to install the front doors. Other items which required service included
- not being able to get keys into the locks without forcing them,
- not being able to lock the side door without putting pressure on the door from the inside since it was out of alignment
March 16/17 - A list of deficiencies was submitted by the project manager

April 2022 - a new side door was ordered with expected delivery date of Aug. 1! The replacement for my damage door was put in the back of production line rather than being given priority.

May 2022 - After an exchange in emails a service technician was sent out to repair my intercom and fix my key locks.
The picture windows developed a popping sound which I recorded. The Andersen representative confirmed that other people had experienced this and that the engineering department was looking into the problem.

August 3 2022 - Installer came to install the newly delivered door slab. Unfortunately they had ordered the wrong colour. In addition there was no replacement for the scratched door handle delivered.
Email confirmation received that second replacement door would be received Dec. 5, 2022 and that a director would be in touch with me to discuss the delays and mistakes. I never heard from a director either by phone or email.

January 17, 2023 - a second replacement door (3rd altogether) was installed. Within a few days it became clear that cold air was coming in through the contact between the door and the door frame.

Feb. 21, 2023 - a technician came to examine the door and informed me that the door was warped and that it would have to be replaced again.
Feb. 28, 2023 - Email confirmation received that the door would be delivered on April 24 and installed on April 26.

April 25, 2023 - Email received informing me that the door would be delayed again and gave an estimated arrival date of May 8, 2023 - a full 14 months after the original installation. I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction with the entire experience.

As of the date of this review on June 8, 2023 I have heard nothing from the company and have not received the replacement door which was expected on May 8.
