Slight warranty adjustment follow up

I noticed a slight warp in the hermetic seal of one of the windows and asked Anderson for an opinion. Jacob their technician promptly came to examine the problem and without hesitation ordered a new replacement window. There was no speculation or hesitation just a new window within a short time. A very pleasant experience.
