This company has excellent windows but that’s about it. The first installation crew made a mess of the house. They did not cover any furniture including my bed. At the end of the day my bed was covered in sawdust along with everything else. I was told by the salesman Trevor that everything would be covered and vacuumed and cleaned up nice. Another problem was that a window and some trim were not ready for installation as one window was damaged and the trim needed to be a special order. On top of that the patio screen door was installed upside down and there was a defect in the patio door. The patio screen door was eventually fixed on a service call. Next came the 2nd install date. The wrong window was ordered and I wasted another day that I had to take off of work. Eventually they got things right on their end and installed the proper window and replaced the defective patio door with me taking another day off of work. I will say the last work crew knew how to work properly. They covered what needed to be covered and cleaned up after themselves. Overall I am satisfied with the windows and patio door. The service end from the salesman Trevor all the way to the installation crew needs to be improved. For the amount of money spent you would expect better service. I’m very disappointed!
