I wanted to take a moment to share my experience working with Hopewell thus far. While I must admit that I am not enjoying the process as much as I had hoped or expected, there are a couple of the staff members who have truly made a positive impact on my experience.
Mike from Warranty and Matt from construction have been incredibly attentive and responsive to my needs and concerns. There have been some bumps in the road that would have made the entire experience a bummer, but the dedication and commitment of these 2 staff to go above and beyond have certainly salvaged my experience working with the company. During every engagement, they demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in their field and take the time to explain everything in detail. Thank you
