We reached out to Direct Waterproofing as our neighbour had used them a few years back. Response time was very good. Terry came out and took a look at our basement leak. He found the foundation crack and provided an initial quote right away.
His guys did the work and noticed some issues with regards to water pooling up and Terry came out personally to take a look.
We discussed our options, he helped us figure out our sump pump situation as well and helped us deal with a plumbing issue that may have been the source of our original concern free of charge!
We are happy to have our foundation crack fixed as it may have been a concern for the future. I trust Terry for giving us the information without trying to upsell us. We truly appreciate his support.
