Direct Waterproofing did a fantastic job and came recommended by several neighbours on our street. After a heavy rainfall we noticed water seeping through the floorboards of our basement and Terry came to take a look within a day of us calling him. He was thorough in his inspection and correctly predicted the problem (a crack in the foundation where water was leaking down). He was then very quick to book the job and the workers (Roman and Sergey) were very impressive - they were prompt, efficient and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Overall, Terry and his team were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them!
