I called Direct Waterproofing for a quote after I had water come into my basement and they sent Terry over. After having a few other quotes come in, we decided to go with Direct Waterproofing, and Im glad we did. Terry squeezed us in to their busy schedule and began work just one week after our initial meeting. He answered all of my many questions in depth and took away the stress I was feeling during a very stressful time.
They sent over a competent crew, who did nice clean work and they were quick. Terry had his guys even come in on the weekend to wrap up the job. Once the work was complete Terry sent a written report with several photos of the work that was done.
I couldnt be more satisfied with Direct Waterproofing and would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.
