Unreliable and Unprofessional

This is a highly unprofessional and unreliable company. After finalizing a carpet installation project with Sam including the price, product and tentative date for the installation, I never heard back from him in spite of numerous attempts to contact him. I would never recommend this company.

Hi There,

Not the kind of feedback that we work tirelessly to avoid but let's see how I can rectify this issue provided I'm in the wrong.

FirstIy, I apologize if there were a disconnect on my end.
Please send your WORK ORDER NUMBER and I will make sure your job will be installed as early as Monday and for free.
All the work orders issued so far has been executed and booked. so help me understand how, where and when did we discuss any of the details you mentioned.

I'm not sure who you are but I can promise you that I have never finalized any installation project or booked any job without strictly adhering to the installation dates and honoring the price (after paying only 5% deposit) even if the prices of materials went up.

I get daily numerous calls and emails requesting free in-home consultations and phone estimates and I attend to every single one of them professionally and in timely manner. If you are who I think you are, just know that I called your number during 3 times during and I don't take calls after 9pm.

Believe me you don't want a contractor pressuring you with his/her calls many times. Making a decision to go ahead is a choice you make without my influence.

I give my very fair quotes and leave it to the client to email or call me when they decide to go ahead, and fortunately, the all do immediately. I also ask my clients to propose the dates of installation and ask them to send 5% deposit to insure their seriousness before placing the order. if all these steps were taken but no deposit was sent I can't proceed. Note that when I don't ask for a deposit (most of the time) I ask my clients to send an email saying that they approve the job and confirm the dates of installation.
