Late both days, used two of my new bbq Mats, ruining them both, asked to have soil put between fence and patio as there is a big gap. Have left a few messages with no replies. The patio is high causing the height of the metal gate beside it to be not high enough for my dogs safety again mentioned my concerns with no response. If they had put soul in, l could have put up a privacy screen. Said he could come intstall a railing on patio, for more money!! The gate on fence should have been lifted, was not done. Not impressed with his communication and laCk of following his policy of customers satisfaction!!!

Hello, we were there to install patio and we completed the work we were paid for. You wanted the slopped area levelled by adding stones and wall. We cannot put the wall on the property line. We need to leave 6 inches space for drainage. After we finished our work you noticed, chain link fence looks lower. We cannot raise it or replace. We were called to do the patio not to do fencing. If it is extra work, I would have to charge for my time and materials. I requested you to write me a review once we were don't but you didn't, now you wrote something that doesn't apply to me. Maybe if you wrote me a review when I asked, I would have gone the extra mile to come by and try to help you. Since you did not do what I requested, we will not do any free work.
Those rubber Mats were old and brittle, you picked them up and placed it on the railing under the sun. It has nothing to do with us.
