Both Pat and Louie whom I talked to were very helpful and they also had the best rate because I called around to compare prices. I got the bin right away and easily kept it longer to meet my needs when I needed more time. There were no surprise charges and in fact I got a great deal considering I needed an extra big bin and and an extension. They cared more about helping me out then wanting to give me extra costs. We searched for a disposal bin company online, right away we found Need a Bin. Their name alone speaks for itself. They were very helpful since we had no idea how it worked. Asked me all the questions so that we had the right size bin. Our main bathroom needed to be renovated. Having Need a bin on our side made the reno much easier. Gave us the bin size we needed and were right on time which made our contractor very happy. Totally forgot to ask about protecting our driveway since we had a lot going on, but sure enough Steve the driver had already done that for us. Just wanted to give our personal thanks to Need A Bin. We were very Satisfied.

I ordered a disposal bin the day before the project demo and Need A Bin got the bin to my house the next day. The Driver was very friendly and also put wood under the bin so it doesn’t damage my driveway. I definitely would recommend them.

Everything went like clockwork. Bin came on time. Taken away an hour after I called for pick-up and the second bin was delivered at the same time. Very happy with the service.
