I have one of those fancy toilets where you wave your hand and the battery operated sensor flushs your toilet. All good and dandy until the flapper breaks. Ryan stopped by and assessed the situation, engaged an American Standard representative, gathered the parts and was at my door the next day. I had a kitchen faucet replaced as the set screw was worn out. I also had a bathroom faucet replaced that was unusual. The original contractor cut the granite counter wrong. This left very little clearance at the back of the tap. Ryan was able to install a new faucet effectively. I love it!

We live in an older home in an area where there's a high water table. After the June 13 storm we were in dire straights with continual water seepage and we were ready for a sump pump. I networked with five companies and Ryan was prompt, answered all of our questions and was the most competitive with pricing. During the repair there came problems and our house presented unseen challenges (too much rebar, extremely saturated clay soil, need for an additional mud pump rental). Ryan kept his original qoute and never faulted in his supportive stance. Now the work is done and we are pleased!
