Furnace replacement and follow-up
Interaction with this company, from meeting with the sales rep (Andrew) to discussions with head office (Michelle and Dave) and then installation of the new furnace, was handled professionally, patiently, and pleasantly from beginning to end. A neighbour who has a company that installs industrial HVAC systems recommended Summers and Smith to me. Other neighbours viewed the furnace the company installed in my home and then contacted the rep (Andrew). In turn, Summers and Smith installed a new furnace in their home and that of their daughter's. We are all pleased with the company's ethics, workmanship, and products offered.
Today, a technician (David) from Summers and Smith came to my house to ensure my AC was correctly connected and working. David is another example of the knowledgeable, courteous and outstanding staff of which Summers and Smith is comprised.
