We worked with several custom builders before but were newbies to a completely new build (buying the land, working with architect, applying for permits and hiring trades...). We heard great things about Contempo Studio from friends and decided to hire them with our new build. We were ecstatic with the design that was presented to us. Marin was exceptionally helpful with the entire process. Prompt, pleasant, patient, and professional! There are good architects but a great architect with great client service is hard to find. Marin and his team helped us along the way. Thank you Contempo Studio for helping us with our dream home. Looking forward to many more projects to come.
