Prepaid for opening and closing. Came back to repair the spot that they didn't have a part for at opening.
Some areas were not covered well, and 2 sprays were not working, so called multiple times, sent text numerous times to Ryan, and there has not been even one response.
Called his office, and was told he is extremely busy. Is that what you do when you are extremely busy, that you ignore your client who is calling for help on the drying out annuals, Ryan?
Just close the system at the end of the season (since no way they will refund the prepaid closing fee), and good luck.
