Mohsen, the owner of Afrusun, was offered a good solution to my situation (2 heat pumps with backup furnaces), but more importantly, he took the time to explain the differences between models that best suit my needs and did not try to upsell me. He also walked me through the rebate process, which was the a big help. My decision to go with him was based by far on the comfort level that he showed and the transparency that he gave without asking. The installation was offered so as to meet my particular circumstances. The follow-up was also comforting and professional.
The installers, Hossein and Milat, were very professional, and friendly and treated my home as if it were theirs...clean and considerate. They showed up exactly when they said they would. My questions were answered completely, and care was taken not to cause and undue disturbance to my house in fishing through cables and pipes. When they left, it was as if they were never there. The system was remarkably quiet, just as Mohsen said it would be.
I would recommend (and I already have) Afrusun to anyone. Well done! Great professional service that is lacking in todays world.
