This is one of the best experiences I have had working with a contractor. This is my 2rd basement renovation and I couldnt be more pleased. Only Basements were very professional throughout the whole renovation. Communication was on point, and so was my budget!! Working from home and having your house go through a reno can be hard to deal with, but these guys were great right from the get go. They gave me a heads up when things might get a little too loud and were even considerate of my neighbours. My finished basement is exactly what I wanted (and needed)! Everything from the design and the quality of work to the smallest detail were done right. Highly Recommend!
