This company is an absolute nightmare: the owner (Shawn) is disrespectful, dishonest and has irresponsible. After signing a 15 page contract and saying that the job will be done in 6 days (!!!) while on the speakerphone in the presence of three other people (builder and an architect), when the job commenced they did not come on July 4th--apparently a holiday here in Canada--then the crew was leaving at 2-3 pm every day, he requested more money after 2 weeks on the job and less than 1/4 of the job complete. Then we found out that without our authorization they charged our credit card (which they have already charged for the deposit--about 1/4 of the entire sum) for $7400 (!!) after three days on the job. Did not even apologize and told the workers that we did not pay them a penny. Had to terminate this in the middle of the job leaving us stranded. And this is not even all of it. Please spare yourself the aggravation and have no dealings with them.
