Shawn recently did an inspection for us on our new home. Shawn is excellent - he is very professsional, knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. We particularly appreciated Shawn's communication style - he took the time to explain each issue in an easy to understand way. We would definitely use Shawn again and strongly recommend him.

The inspecter looked at two houses I was considering purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and explained his findings. The first house turned out to be riddled with problems. The second was in good condition and is now my future home!

Shawn is a no nonsense and honest guy who thoroughly inspects the important areas of a home prior to purchasing. For a few hundred dollars I had the peace of mind learning that I should avoid a particular property at all costs and saved tens of thousands of dollars. Later on he also gave me the green light to purchase another home after a glowing review and inspection. Well worth the effort to use his services prior to entering into a bidding war with a no subjects offer!
