Junk Hero

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Similar to the previous review - they showed up late (but didn't call to say they were going to be late). Then picked up the bin a day late - again, with no communication about timing. Both delays led to my paying people hundreds of dollars to stand around and wait for JH's to show up.

Then they had the audacity to send me an invoice almost a MONTH after taking the bin away, saying that the bin was overweight. How do I even know that's my bin and contents after a month of sitting around somewhere. Nope.

The "owner"/manager is the WORST person I've dealt with. She's a lair and totally unprofessional.

Avoid at all costs!
