Chic Design Build did an amazing job on our full home renovation and half of the second floor addition project. The whole time we only communicated and talked to Moe and Ramin about everything & they provided input when needed, and still adhered to our rather detailed vision. From Start to finish all the work proceeded steadily and without any delay. All their crews were super neat and quick and quality work was precise. This wasn't an easy project as many contractors that we contacted, they didn't have enough experience or knowledge about addition and we only felt comfortable with CD+B and these guys did so many home addition jobs and they gave us many references to talk to. We asked their previous clintes many questions and one of their recent clients invited us to see their house as they were so happy with the CD+B company. We loved all their design and finishes and decided to hire them for our project. During the project Work areas were kept neat and clean all the time and all the new flooring was well protected throughout construction. Cost was very reasonable as there weren't any extras or surprises at all and we added some additional work too and asked them to finish the basement for us as well. We highly recommend them to everyone and gladly asked them to use us as references for future clients.
