They (Hector Arias and Louis XV ) both show pictures with excellent work experience, when it comes to work they start experimenting with basic knowlege. They don't know what they are doing and they don't have experience. Tehy accept two or more jobs at the same time, show up once ina while. All they do is waste material and spoil things. They pretend they know everything. when owner asks anything , they say they know what they are doing. Even by mistake, for $100 work also, don't hire them and loose mony by giving advance and buyinfg materials
