I am very satisfied with the replacement of my furnace, which was long overdue. I asked around to compare prices and Tyler gave me the best quote, and he stuck with the price (no hassles or hidden costs). Not only did they replace my furnace, the price included a carbon monoxide detector plus an upgraded Honeywell T6 thermostat. Justin and Phil did an excellent job and clean-up after. I was amazed they climbed up the chimney on a snowy roof to put on a liner. I just had the city perform a video inspection of the install and everything passed. There is also a warranty, which I hope I don't get to use, but it's nice for my peace of mind. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks, guys! All the best in the new year!

This is our first time working with KTP and I am very happy with service we received. They were very professional from the start to end and on time for all appointments. Paul did a great job looking over the house and measuring the room sizes to properly calculate the furnace size we needed. The two technicians, Justin and Rob, that came over for the install cleaned up after and left the house clean. Price is very reasonable and they were able to do a price match. This company is such a night and day difference from the company we originally called to work with. Highly recommended.
