Gavin is very thorough when he did the home inspection. By the time he arrive he explained the detail of the inspection to be performed. Points out what should be a concern to us and even gave us informative detail and providing ideas and options. He started right away to the crucial areas of the house and walk us through the process. Highly appreciated for given us his time even on his very busy schedule given a long drive to London Ontario. Definitely will highly recommend his service to my friends and family.
