Capitol Security

Capitol came out and checked on us as our previous security company hadn't been around for a few years. Salesman was helpful with the whole process and we got the switch figured out right away.

I just changed over to Capitol Security so I dont have n opinion one way or another. The cost will go up slightly but now I can cancel my landline.

New company for me. Initial interview was impressive. All sounds good. The rep was very good in explaining the new system and products included and all the change over from one company to the new.

We have not had any experience with this company yet. They havent even been here for the installation. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Explained all the necessary details.

Swapped out Fluent home security for Capitol security system due to Fluent not being in area anymore.

Keith from Capital Security came by the house at an opportune time, as many of our sensors and cameras needed updating or servicing. Changing to a company more local seems to make sense.

Alternate provider offering services that Fluent was not able support in AB.
New board supplied and installed, house access security supplied and installed, CO monitor supplied and installed.
Technician appointment for equipment and installation for, 5 pm 16/08/23.
Letter supplied and signed for mailing to Fluent.

Havent been with the company long enough to give them a proper rating. Salesman was knowledgeable and informative.
