JOB INCOMPLETE - DO NOT USE - Terrible Communication
Quality of windows is not what I had been pitched.
Told I would able to qualify for an Energy Rebate once windows were installed & they did not qualify!
Quality of Interior finishing (ie. Trim & etc) could defiantly be improved
Master bedroom window was ordered wrong (smaller by 16") & it has been almost 14 months from this post since I ordered the windows, almost 9+ Months since all the windows were installed & STILL I do not have a finished Master bedroom window! They temp installed the wrong one & are hoping I just stop bothering them YET I paid for it to be finished & Installed PROPERLY!!!!!
The Owner Alex has TERRIBLE Communication & lets his secretary run the show & she doesnt have the slightest clue as to whats going on or what orders are in, they pretty much dump everything on the installers which are great guys!
