Had some build up in the dryer vent even though I clean it every time I use the dryer. Booked an appointment on Thursday - they came on Monday. Took them 30 minutes to complete the job and they also fixed the vent hose for me for a small extra charge. Very professional and courteous - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I found Dryer Vent Doctor online and watched their videos and right away I knew this was exactly who I needed to help me. I called, they came the next day, and everything was fixed up quickly. I also decided to sign up for their annual vent cleaning service. All in all, a fantastic experience.

I wasn't sure if we needed a new vent or just a cleaning. They inspected our existing vent and said it was up to code but just needed a cleaning which ended up being much cheaper. They were punctual, polite and professional.

They cleaned our vent but thoroughly explained how they will do it. They help change pipe so it's to fire code. Did testing and gave warranty.
They showed other hazards around house even though they dont do that service.
