Dryer Vent Doctor

Customer service was excellent, I was planning to replace my dryer vent myself but hit a snag. I called Dryer Doctor for advice, as I live in Niverville and didn’t think they would come out to me. They got me an appointment in a couple days and spent an afternoon fixing my dryer vent and cleaning it out. Turns out it had never been cleaned! Talk about a fire hazard. I would definitely recommend, the staff were easy to work with, went the extra mile, and were friendly as well.

I emailed for a quote on a Sunday. They responded to my email within an hour or so and gave me an appointment for the next morning. Mohamed was very courteous and got the job done quickly! Job well done!

I bought my house 3 months ago,and the dryer vent was clogged. It was all original piping,using vinyl hosing( fire hazard). Moe and Bol both came over, on time,they were very polite. Took them downstairs and the inspected the problem. Pointed out all the problems,and gave solutions. After a quote, we made an appointment for the work to be done. The day of the appointment,again on time, and very pleasant. They did what they said,and cleaned everything up in the process. By the way it looks a lot better then it did before the re-install. Our dryer vent connection was a 30 year old collection of elbows / connections / piping Frankensteined together. Moe made a streamlined connection from the dryer to the outside vent in a super tight space. Very satisfied.

We moved into our house about a year ago, and the dryer never worked well. It took multiple cycles to get our clothes dry, even when the dryer had nothing close to a full load in it.

I decided to call Dryer Vent Doctor to see if they could do anything about it. They called back quickly, were able to give an accurate up front estimate, and scheduled a visit within a few days. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time. They immediately set to work cleaning the vent, and managed to get around a grocery bag full of lint out! The vent had probably never been cleaned since the house had been built. Then they pulled the dryer out of the closet and found that not only was the hose crimped, it was broken and had several large holes in it. They replaced the hose with a much sturdier, fireproof one. The work was done quickly and the visit was over within an hour.

Between the cleaning and the new hose, the dryer is working much better now. I ran a load of laundry afterwards, and now it takes less than an hour to dry everything. Much better than the 2+ it took before! I would definitely recommend Dryer Vent Doctor to anyone having long drying times, and I will be contacting them in the future for regular vent cleanings.

I contacted dryer vent Doctor because my dryer was not working at its fullest capacity. After contacting an appliance repair company they referred me to the dryer doctor because it was not a dryer issue but a vent problem. They were prompt and were on time they even gave me a call an hour earlier saying they were on their way. They performed a visual inspection and a full dryer vent diagnostic and determined that the vent is clogged with lint as well as there was a birds nest and needed to be cleaned. Now my dryer works good as new!! Great job guys. Finding reliable people this age and time is very hard to come by and I have found a reliable company. I will be referring all my friends and family to you guys!!
