Quantum Home Inspections

I hired Stefano to conduct a pre-purchase home inspection on a freehold townhouse. Stefano arrived onsite early to inspect the roof with a drone, providing FLIR and air quality testing as well. He was meticulous, courteous, and encouraged us to ask whatever questions we had. I believe one should hire an inspector before purchasing a home if one has the opportunity, despite the hot market in the GTA. The value of having an experienced set of eyes inspect your home was proven when Stefano discovered an active leak into the basement furnace, in a very awkward-to-reach and hard-to-spot location. Thanks to his keen observation, and several other defects noted in his report, we were able to negotiate with the seller who agreed to provide us with more than enough funds to cover the repairs. I am grateful for his service and would not hesitate to recommend him as an inspector with excellent attention to detail and customer service.
