In preparation for finishing our basement we wanted to make certain there were not extenuating issues which needed to be addressed before we 'covered them up'. Stefano was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, and accommodating in giving us all of the reassurances and helpful suggestions he could as he tested for molds and air quality, and gave us clear advice about things we could do throughout the construction and throughout the home to help keep our home in shape and healthy. The results from the test samples he took were given back to us in a very timely fashion and gave us the confidence we needed to proceed with our project as intended. Although he inspected our basement and the rest of the house a few months ago, we have been pre-occupied by the construction and finishing of our basement, but it is a measure of our esteem for his capabilities that we had to give him as stellar a review as possible at the first opportunity we had to do so.
