John agree to prune my tree in backyard.. we agree to the price and then in the middle of the job he started complaining that he can only trim some of what due to the budget.
We agreed to prune at least 7/8 different branches and he did only 4 of them and never howup again.
I paid him entire amount though not in beginning but he started complaining that he has to give workers salary and work is already half-way.
Eventually I have to hire another tree company to do proper trim. I have only one advice stay away from them.

Quite often the customers expect more than what they paid for. We are very careful to price the jobs properly to work within the customers budget. However, when the budget is lowered, the reasonable amount of work that we can perform is also lowered as a result.
