Excellent Company. Exceptional service. Just completed a large job for us. Front Porch removal and replacement, Railings, Masonry work to the house front ,eves and water proofing. The workmanship is excellent and shows they are highly skilled and professional, in their approach and completion of the project. From start to finish Jescore was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We could not be any happier with the results.

I Love this Company!!! Their work is wonderful! They are polite and professional, they show up on time and there are never any extra charges. We have used them many times in the past and just had them replace some windows and install stone on our foundation. They did their usual wonderful job. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Recently (May 2020) had Jescore in to rebuild my front porch. It was a big job that involved removing the old work, building concrete molds, recapping and setting new stone and installing a new rail. From start to finish, the site was tidy, organized, and run by very professional, skilled contractors. I couldn't be happier with the result. I got the right contractors this time round. We would like to compliment Jescore on the wonderful job they did on our walkway. Dennis went above and beyond to please us. He even come to our house at 6am to cover the work with plastic when it was raining. The workmanship was excellent. Many of our neighbours dropped by and complimented them. People driving by were stopping and asking for business cards. Jescore is very professional. We were consulted every step of the way. The end result was exactly what we had requested. Based on review research, I contacted Jescore for a quotation to replace my front patio and walk to which they promptly replied and came to my home for review. They had the professionalism and foresight to bring their main installer, Dennis, to the review so that his opinion could be heard. After throwing around some ideas, we agreed upon a design and they provided me with a quote that night. Being in the commercial construction industry, I had a pretty good sense on what the quote should be and it was almost spot on my estimate. We felt very comfortable with Cory and even more comfortable with the five year warranty (unheard of in this industry) so after a couple days of deliberation, we enthusiastically decided to sign a contract with Jescore. Within a day Cory returned to our home and wrote a contract, making sure as he wrote we agreed that the terms were what we had discussed during our initial meeting (no opportunity for surprises). Given that it was at the beginning of the busy season, Cory estimated that he would be at our project in 8-10 weeks. Despite all of the rain days we experienced this spring, that I'm sure put them behind in their other projects, they called at the nine week point and said they'd be starting by the end of the week. Cory stated when we signed the contract that the project should be completed within 10 days. He was bang on even though we lost one and half days to rain. They made up the time by working a couple half days on the two Saturdays. Once the job started, the two man crew (Dennis and Richard) were there every single day. Even on the rain days, they showed up just to touch base and to say they'd be back tomorrow. In fact, one day it stopped raining at 11am and Dennis actually showed up by 12:30pm and worked the rest of the day. The property was always kept clean and organized and all of the workers were polite and respectful. Countless neighbours made a point of coming out to say good morning to Dennis everyday and have a quick chat. I could go on and on about the professionalism and commitment to quality that the whole Jescore team projects but I'll summarize by stating that I highly recommend them and won't hesitate for a second to bring them back next year to do the patio and pool apron in my back yard. Through quality work and fantastic customer service, Cory has built an exceptional family owned business and has passed along his commitment to satisfying customers and professionalism to his sons. I also want to note that Jescore impressed my neighbours so much that they were hired by two of them for their front patios as well, just from watching them work on mine. Well done.

Jescore Renovations totally exceed our expectation on our front steps and walkway. They did a fabulous job, and quite frankly we were blown away how great the steps look now. Just as important was all the prep under the stairs, (gravel, rebar, concrete, etc). I am confident these steps/walkway will last longer than the house.
Jescore was very professional to deal with. They kept the work area neat, cleaned up each night before they left. When the job was done, they meticulously cleaned up. In addition, they focused on our steps until the job was done, (e.g. they did not leave to do other jobs in parallel).
The crew was outstanding as well!! Courteous and friendly and extremely skilled.

Our house is 34 years old and in need of renovations. Jescore began with replacing the existing walkways, glass sliding door in kitchen, siding, eavestrough, front door and screen door at side of house, also paving the driveway. At each point in the renovations we were informed of what was happening and what would follow. All of the people involved
were polite and very helpful. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs renovations on their house. We were extremely pleased with the work and the people.
