Apartment Demolition and Renovation
My apartment required complete demolition and renovation. The house is approximately 120 years old and the floors, partitions and existing layout required reworking. I hired Alpat.inc to demolish some partitions and construct new, install hardwood floors and tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. Additionally, I required a "foyer" created to separate the two apartment spaces which required the demolition of an existing closet space and re-framing to create a walk-through "foyer".
I was extremely pleased with the result. They took care of restoring the character pieces of the apartment (exposed brick, crown moulding etc.) while adding in new floors, kitchen and bathrooms.
