Four Seasons Tree Care

The company was difficult to deal with. After we contracted them for the work we didn't hear from them for weeks. We never knew for sure when they were going to come do the work, until we got a phone call saying they would be there that week.

We also had them do a treatment on another tree and thought they would do it the same day the tree was removed. So imagine our surprise when we got the bill the the treatment. We had no idea when they had been there or what they had done. They claimed to have left an invoice in the door, but we never saw it.

Management was difficult to deal with and were not willing to work with us on a solution. The crew who did the actual work were great! Its the management side of things that make me absolutely sure I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
