I just moved and I needed a locksmith to change the keys in my locks. When I called Rado he answered the phone immediately, answered my questions clearly, volunteered helpful information, and gave a clear pricing explanation (no hidden fees). He was available to come the next day, but then he had a cancellation and so was able to come within an hour, which was great.

Not only did he rekey my locks but he fixed the way one of the locks was sticking and he also drilled out the latch hole in the strike box so I wouldn't have to pull hard on the door (all included in the price he had quoted me). He even gave me some good advice about weather stripping.

He had a nice personality - friendly, professional, polite.

I had called one other locksmith and was quoted very similar prices so I believe his pricing is good (I've never hired a locksmith before so I don't have a sense of the market). I felt I got very good value for money.
