We met with David and company to go over what we wanted and he was very helpful. They were on time with our project and on the day of the installation, his team worked tirelessly to get it all installed in one day.
Their customer service is great! I had an issue with one of the hardware (soft/self close), and David sent one of his guys out just to fix it for us without hesitation on the same day (at no cost to us either).
The project was done back in 2012 and recently we have a broken screw on one of the handles, I was planning to fix it. But then when we went to the recent Home Show in Toronto, we saw David at his display booth and told him about the broken screw. Not only did he remembered us, but he has agreed to send one of his guys to come out and replace the screw for us!
So definitely happy with him and his company.
