My experience with Green Garage Door, specifically with Arman, was extremely disappointing. Despite taking our money upfront, they failed to deliver on their promises, providing false updates and never completing the installation as agreed upon. Save yourself the trouble and avoid working with Green Garage Door and Arman.

I have ordered 4 garage doors 6 months ago and paid full deposit of $4100. The owner never delivered or installed the doors for me. After trying to call him
Many time, He gave me excuses every time that he was sick and at the hospital or his installers are sick or some other excuse and never brought me the garage doors. I have taken legal action against him. I want to let everyone who is reading this review know to avoid using this company. Unfortunately, I didnt read the previous reviews

You have booked to come and install since Feb 28, 2024 but you never show up. Even after I asked you for the doors to be delivered and I ask another installer to come and do your job but you never delivered the doors. Even today you promised to deliver the doors in the afternoon but your didnt respond

People need to be aware of dishonest businesses.

I strongly advise against dealing with Green Garage Door Inc. My family and I paid them to make and install four garage doors (three front and one back), but the entire process has been a nightmare. Throughout the year, the owner provided false updates, claiming various reasons for delays from hospitalization, back pain, and lack of installers. Despite our patience, they failed to deliver on their promises. Today, he said he was on his way to deliver and install, although I couldn't trust but I gave him the last chance, and after 5 hours of waiting he stopped answering our calls. We are now pursuing legal action through a small claims court. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. Your hard-earned money deserves better service and honesty.

We ordered garage door and garage door opener,they installed them on time perfectly, we happy with this company.

We work with Green Garage Door Inc company for long time they supplied and installed several garage doors for us. They have professional teams for installation.
Arman is very professional and unique in this industry.

I'm custom home builder and work with this company several times and one of our best contractors. They are very professional in this business.

Do not trust Arman. Do not deal with this company.
Arman took a deposit to install garage doors in 8 weeks.
For many many days didnt return the calls. He promised a delivery date twice and didnt show up. Didnt even call to say they are not coming. Weeks and weeks passed. No doors and he refuses to give back the deposit. Arman must not stay in this business.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND ARMAN
STAY AWAY TOTALLY FROM THIS DISHONEST PERSON AND COMPANY.
HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR.
We entered into two contracts with Arman in August 11,2023 for total of 4 doors for 2 new homes. Also paid a deposit of $2,500.00 and $2,300.00 for total of $4,800.00
On the contract it says "Order Takes 8 weeks after paid deposit"
After about seven weeks we contacted him to get an idea of delivery, it took several calls before he said he will check with the supplier in
Mississauga and get back to us. To make it short about another 5 weeks
passed during which we made many many phone calls, texts, emails
with no response from Arman. Finally he called and said he had phone problems and family problems .
Twice he book actual delivery dates and did not show up.
HE DID NOT HAVE THE DICENCY OF INFORMING US THAT HE IS NOT COMING.
He was nothing but empty promises.
He blamed his supplier for all delays. We asked him to provide the contact information of the supplier so that we help sort out the problem. He refused. I doubt that even there is a supplier!!!!
After about 13 weeks of waiting we have now taken legal action. Another opportunity was given to him by our lawyer to either fulfill the contract or return the deposit which of course nothing happened. Will follow this
up to the end.

Hello Arman installed my garage door July 2021. A month after installation the window frames started peeling. Since advising him of the issue he has been telling me he would come to repair the door but to date has not(Nov 2023). He has scheduled over 8 appointments and has not shown up to ANY of them. I took time away from work and at all the appointments he did not have the courtesy to call and advise me that he would not make the appointments. I tried calling him on those days and he would not answer the phone. I would simply get a text " i try to fix as soon as possible" It's been almost 2 1/2years. Most people would think this is impossible but I have text messages which would prove otherwise. He told me that if I gave him a bad review he would not guarantee my door and contact his lawyer.

DECEMBER 14 2023. In response to Arman's version of his story below I DID NOT notify him of the issue with the paint peeling a year later. Text messages between Arman and I below prove that he installed my door July 13, 2021 and I notified him of paint peeling on August 20, 2021. Basically 1 month later NOT a year later. Arman sold me a custom colour door which I paid $400 extra and at no point advised me that the color i choose would be an issue. In none of the messages between him and I or quotes did he state that my door colour was not within the warranty. Per the text below Aug 10, 2022 Arman told me that he would come remove panels and send them to the painting company and then reinstall them. This of course never happened. Arman finally came to fix my door on December 11 (after 2 years of numerous text messages, no show appointments and frustration and a result that I have no choice). The solution is a bandaid one ,basically i now have black frames on a green door. I am however glad that I do not have to look at paint peeling on my door. Armans response below is not true please take the time to read some of the text messages between him and me(note the dates) which will show you what really happened.

Stay away from this guy at all costs. He grabs your deposit and never shows up.
