It was a great pleasure hiring Varant for this project. Very professional, respectful, on-time, impeccable and flawless results. They moved giant furnitures that they did not have to from the basement to a second floor bedroom with a smile. Did not complain about anything and did not change the contract price like other contractors after they started the work. They removed carpet in three bedrooms, hallway and basement. They cleaned everything before the new floors went in and cleaned afterwards. They took all the garbage and cleaned all the work area. I have had several renovations and this by far was unlike any other. Pleasant experience and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Valiant Flooring.

We had a major flood in our unit that required all flooring to be replaced, minus the bathroom. It was a really stressful situation for us, but from the start, Varant made it so much easier. Communication was always friendly, timely, informative, and attentive. It made a huge difference, and alleviated so much anxiety.

His work was incredibly efficient, professional, and turned out perfectly. We really appreciated being kept up to speed with progress. The cost was very reasonable as well.

I am sincerely appreciative for the work completed by Varant and his team. I began working on my room renovation in August and quickly learned that it was rather difficult finding a reputable floor installer. Who was willing to come to my house and complete what I was told was a “too small of a job.” Within a reasonable timeframe. Just when I began to lose hope I was put in contact with Varant, he provided me with a response within hours of me reaching out and within a week of initial contact the job was completed. On the day of instillation, Varant and his team were on time and completed the job within a very short amount of time and completed the job to perfection! Valiant floors delivered what they promised in terms of project timelines and quality of work. I highly recommend them to your flooring needs. They took extra measures to get rid of the squeaking noise from the original plywood. They screwed down the plywood, used extra glue in high traffic area and of course nailed the 3/4 inch hardwood to finish the job. They also installed the baseboards. Reasonably priced but more importantly delivered on their promise!!

Varant and team did an exceptional job replacing the carpet in our condo with some cork flooring. They handled the curvature of the building and some odd shapes very well. They completed the job in less than 2 days, which was shorter than expected. As this was our first reno, they were able to provide a lot of information and helped us put all the pieces together. They also made sure to leave the place clean once they completed the job. Overall it was easy to communicate with them, cleanliness and efficiency were on point, and they provided an outstanding and professional service.

Varant did an exception job on our project. They managed to squeeze us into their schedule and get the job done quickly and on short notice. Great service and attention to detail.

We had a great experience working with Varant. We originally got a quote from him in Feb/March right before the COVID19 lockdown, but because of government restrictions we could not schedule the repairs right away. Varant kept in touch with us throughout the lockdown, so he was able to start right away once the ban was lifted. He did a great job removing our old laminate and replacing it with vinyl plank. Varant went out of his way to make sure our project was well taken care of and we're very happy with the results! Thank you!

Varant was very professional and did a great job replacing our water damaged laminate flooring with new vinyl planks. He was able to reuse our original quarter rounds and helped repaint the baseboards and any other area that was damaged to make it look like new. Highly recommended.
