We had two separate instances of water entering our condo and needed the flooring replaced before we moved. Varant was very responsive and flexible with the work date to accommodate our very tight timeline.
The work was done quickly and professionally. The cost was competitive with what we feel was fair and he went over and above while on the site replacing more floor than originally anticipated as he found more damage.
Floor looks great, and enjoyed working with Varant. Will be in contact for future work as it arises.

Varant was so accommodating! He did our floor renovation which needed to be done quickly. He picked up the flooring at the supplier as well as shoe moulding which made things much easier for us.
The job was completed in two days and Varant did a superb job. I have already recommended his services to a friend/neighbour and feel confident she will be as happy with his work as we are.
It’s always a gamble going with a contractor you don’t know. We gambled and won in this case! Varant is so pleasant and professional and does quality work. His price was much more reasonable than another quote we received. What more can I say?

Varant flooring did an amazing job installing hardwood at entire house , he was punctual and right on the budget which I was expecting .

His workmanship was excellent and the house was clean at the end of project which was amazing and my wife was very happy that she didn’t have to clean the house .

Varant and his crew did a great job on our floors! He was quick, inexpensive and he took great care and pride in his work. There was a minor issue we noticed with some of the baseboards after he finished, then he came back right away to fix the issue free of charge.

Varant is our guy forever and we definitely recommend him and his crew!
