Jeff was excellent. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He interacted in a very pleasant and comfortable manner. He was initially here to check out my hot water tank but looked after my furnace as well.

I found family furnace on google and I called them to install a furnace and water heater in our unit they are just as good as the reviews I read about them ..as hard as it gets they will finish the job efficiently !! They did a great job and were very patient to finish everything thank u Jared and Ross so much for all ur effort am so pleased.. and thank u Jamie also for explaining everything

We had Ross our installer and his apprentice remove and instal our new furnace. They were great with our home and pets, friendly, efficient and knowledgable. All involved from sales to office were amazing, a very positive experience !

I originally had set up an appointment with a competitor who then refused to acknowledge my existence and confirm the appointment for me so in desperation I started calling around and found Furnace Family. Jamie, the sales guy, is wonderful. He discussed things far beyond his scope with my husband and made recommendations for repair companies for issues outside of our a/c-furnace. I mean, it's his job to be wonderful, companies lure you with lovely salesmen and the hit you hard. Well, surprise, the installer managed to be even nicer. There was 4 of them total, 3 of them were friendly but very quiet and task oriented, which is fine by me, and Bryce, whom I assume was the lead, was lovely. They did exceptional work, but more than that I didn't feel like my home was being invaded. They laid down mats so my floor wasn't damaged [which is more than I can say for our terrible movers!], gave me a 45 minute heads up so I could call my husband and get him over to go through the inspection, they explained everything in detail and showed him how to clean the thing, they installed it off the ground so that we would have better airflow and it would be less likely to become uneven. I'm super impressed with these guys and would highly recommend. We went through a nightmare getting this new house and Furnace Family made this process the easiest part.

We were in the market for adding Air Conditioning to our home after several quotes we choose Furnace Family mainly because of their sales guy Dave. He was way more knowledgeable and an amazing job. Our house is cool and the unit is very quiet. Highly recommend this company.

Dave started the process with a very informative presentation of the furnace and hot water heater options. No pressure to buy a certain model just explained the options and let us decide. He explained the installation process and what that entailed. Unsure about the air filter option and we decided purchase it after doing our homework. Justin and Ross followed up with an excellent install, before I knew it everything was outside and the new components were in the basement. Drop sheets were laid down to protect the flooring and great care was taken to not mark up the walls when moving pieces in and out. They took time to explain what they were doing and left the area clean. Clearly explained the workings of the furnace and the new thermostat. We will see how the furnace lives up to expectations in the fall, as of now I cannot even here the fan running. Love the new thermostat.
