Called at 9:15 on Easter Monday with a sewer backup and Jay had someone at the door by 10:30! Some good news and some bad news but fair and up front pricing and at least I know what I'm up against! I would glad recommend PlumbWize...thanks guys :)

Jason was incredible! Came out and checked our pipes post home inspection on a Saturday! It was time sensitive and he made my weekend by being able to come out so quickly and check. Called two plumbing companies. PlumbWize responded same day, the other the next day. Gavin from PlumbWize inspected the tank and explained what our options were and how much each would cost. We choose to go with a new toilet. Within a couple of hours Gavin had purchased and installed the new toilet to our satisfaction

Grant and Jesse arrived at our door about an hour after we called PlumbWize. They quickly assessed our needs and gave us a quote. They were back the next day and three hours later, we had all repairs completed. Grant and Jesse are both very friendly, accommodating, efficient and extremely professional. The cost was the same as our quote even though they ran into a few unexpected obstacles. We will look forward to having them back for any other plumbing needs we may have. George called me before arriving of when to expect him! Which is always appreciated! He came out same day I called! He looked at our issue and was able to give an estimate that was what we paid after his work was done. He was quick, clean, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend George to anyone for plumbing issues. Plumbwize is great! They come to give you an estimate with out a fee!

The level of professionalism was remarkable. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable when helping with a leak in my Laundry room. The two guys that came to help out were very polite and helpful and cleaned up amazing after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone.
