Billy was hired to build a fence between two properties and we would each cover on half of the cost. This was finished 8n August and in a windstorm in November the fence started to lean over. I called and he put up a couple of holding posts and said he would do in spring. After repeated calls, emails he hasnot called back. I Now we have to pay again to repair it. I think he has left town.. do not ever trust him with any of your projects, he is not professional
