They only get any overall 5 star rating because I was quite happy with the paint job. The rest of my experience with administration, etc was disappointing. If you use them, PLEASE check the invoices as I found 2 errors that would have cost me a $1000. In addition, my first impression was not what I expected when the lady who came to give me an estimate showed up in a Maserati.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback. I can’t believe we made it to over 200 reviews before we got our first review that isn’t perfect. That is quite an achievement! But I guess it is to be expected, nobody’s perfect. At first we were really bummed to read your review placing us at only five stars. But, we were however happy to see that you were quite pleased with the paint job. Quality is our number one standard and we are glad to see that we met that standard for you.
We are disappointed that we didn’t meet your expectations with the administration; specifically with the invoicing. As a company, we pride ourselves on very detailed proposals followed by very detailed invoices. At times mistakes can be made. Fortunately, our invoice was so detailed that it was really easy to see that we accidentally inputted a credit as a charge. Once we caught that it was able to be rectified right away.
Your project was a fun one to say the least. I had everything… Tight timelines and lots of excitement. Plus new experiences that we thought we would never have. Do you remember the time that you came home early and opened your garage door, knocking over all the freshly painted doors? That was a first for us! However, everyone rallied together and we got the doors repainted for you. What was even better, we decided not to charge extra for the door repainting and we were still able to meet your timeline. It was a huge team effort and we are proud for that. I suspect that is part of the reason for you being happy with the painting.
We can’t let a review response go without talking about the Maserati. You mentioned initially that you didn’t even know we pulled up in it and that it was your neighbour that noticed it. Normally when a homeowner notices it it becomes quite a conversation piece. It’s a bit older but it is in great shape. Funny enough, the average Honda Civic cost more than the Maserati but we love it anyways. In fact, it has all wheel drive so it’s great for our winter climate. Customers that love cars really enjoy checking it out. Perhaps this review will bring more notice to the car going forward.
