Mopify

Simply the worst and most incompetent service I have ever encountered. After booking a 3.5 hour move-out clean several days ago, scheduled for TOMORROW (February 22, they advised me THIS MORNING that they needed to cancel due to a staff shortage. They said they could reschedule for March 8, more than TWO WEEKS from now, with the new tenant moving in March 1! I will likely lose my security deposit as a consequence of their unprofessionalism. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. DO NOT USE MOPIFY! You will be disappointed, and possibly suffer financial loss.
