DCD Interlocking & Landscaping

Needed a small stretch of fencing and a gate built. Too small a job for some, but not DCD. Finished their work well ahead of their estimated target. Good quality, good communication.

DCD landscaping completed my interlocking Driveway, pathway and backyard patio during the first week of October 2018. I originally contacted them in June 2018 with my design, they were very fast to reply and set up meetings to help me with the design and cost breakdowns to fit my budget. Once that was finalized I had to wait for them to start the job in the fall as they were booked up through the summer. Once they started the job went pretty quickly, they finished in one week, they would have finished much faster if it wasn't for the rain a few days. The quality of workmanship is very good, and I am happy with the results. They also planted quite a few bushes and trees for me. Some of the grass got destroyed as they were working but they spread grass seed in those areas at the end of the job. I would highly recommend DCD for landscaping jobs!

We are very please and satisfied with the work done by DCD Team!! The outcome was a lot better than what we expected. Talking about punctuality - they delivered the materials 2 days before the scheduled start date. On the day of the project Delip showed up very early to check if all the materials were delivered and he started on the project before his team arrived. Every day, he stayed up late in the site to clean up, change any paver which was installed not to his satisfaction and even watered the grass!! They finished the work right on time! We also noticed that they treat their staff nicely - brought Tim's and ordered lunch for them. Although we received other quotes, it was not the price that we based our decision on choosing DCD but rather Camille's professionalism when she came to take measurements and provide estimate. She showed us the exact stones which will be used and sent us to locations where a job was being done. Their company was even highly recommended by a landscaping supplier company! There were no surprises or dissatisfaction to their workmanship but rather I was surprised to the outcome of the project as they added details to a very plain plan. I would definitely recommend them!! More power to DCD!!!

Delip and his staff did an amazing job. They kept us updated on their progress and discussed any potential obstacles before they became problematic. They got the job done on time and the fence looks stunning ! My wife and I, family and friends are highly impressed !

DCD even offered to lay garden cloth and and top soil due to the uneven ground. Camille was great handling the admin side.

When we're ready to update our interlock, we'll be contacting DCD.

DCD landscaping interlocked a section of my Driveway and it was the best experience ever. They are very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied before they were finished. They are very reasonable and it's the best experience I've had with home improvements so far. Thank you very much to the DCD landscaping team, really love my driveway.

They worked a long day in very humid conditions. Everything was finished in a day and a half, when other companies would have taken a lot longer. We’ve already had people saying how good it looks, and we agree.

The work done was excellent quality with high quality materials used. The job was done within the quoted 2 days which was phenomenal due to the amount of work being done. I would have scored them higher except for 3 things that weren’t done which were:
1: Although a general sweep of the area was done, there was left on my driveway a thick layer of soil from the bobcat going back and forth over it. I would have felt that a power wash of the area would have brought the driveway back to the condition it was in prior to starting the project. Also, there was breaking away of the asphalt at the top of the driveway and gouging in other areas from the bobcat used for the grading.
2: the top of the driveway was cut back to allow for the retaining wall. There ended up with a gap of up to 3-4 inches in some spots and less in others. It was suggested to me that I should go to Home Depot and by asphalt patch and put it in and tamp it down in order to make it look better. I would have thought that the company would have wanted to finish the work themselves in order to showcase the beautiful retaining wall they just installed.
3: The double gates on the fence across the driveway are beautiful but one side should have a bolt installed that keeps it stationary when closed. Again, I was told that I should purchase and install. A very small thing indeed but a finishing touch that if they had done I would have felt they went above and beyond.

As it is, they did the required work well but did not fix up anything they had to alter in order to get the work done.
