After meeting with several builders, we agreed to work with Marijan at Archetype, he was higlhy recommended by our architects. The project met both expectations for budget and delivery. A few surprises came up due to opening up a 1930's home, but Archetype and the architects, quickly dealt with them, with no major setbacks. Archetypes work was meticulously done due to a highskill list of tradesmen, who all showed up perfectly scheduled preventing any delays. We were constantly updated about the project, our communication was open, direct and respectful. The work done included large new openings to the facade, and several removal of internal walls that included structural work, some new wiring, and new plumbing, new windows and some doors, carpentry, and built-in, painting, roofing, new kitchen, and two bathrooms, and some floors. Our home today is exactly what we were aiming for, the craftsmanship is impeccable, we are extremely happy and would recommend Marijan, and Archetype to anyone looking to endeavor in a large construction project.
