Express Appliance Repair

I called Express Appliance Repair in North York to come and diagnose my ASKO dishwasher. The rep spent not even 10 minutes in my home, did not take apart, nor run any part of my dishwasher, and all the while he was on the phone with Revenue Canada. He told my husband it would cost us over 400 to fix a main part. Then he took the service fee of 100 and left. I called another company who came and spent over 1 hour problem-solving, then came back to fix the fan. I am now attempting to receive my refund with Michelle at Express Appliance, who is making me jump through hoops for proof, which I have provided, multiple phone calls declined or ignored. Very incompetent from start to finish!
