Hired Detailed Maids to do a move-out clean. My stacked-town is 1100 sq ft. Empty with no furniture at the time. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 powder room, 1 kitchen, a living combined with dinning room area.
They did a great job, everything was sparkling. The cleaning solution they used did not have any smell at all, which is good for those who are sensitive.
Total time they took was 4 hrs. So I'm not sure whether the amount of time is fair or not for a 1100 sq ft unit so can't comment on this.
They were pleasant and easy to deal with. They ensured that I was satisfied with the result before processing my credit card payment the next day which indicates that they care more about customer satisfaction than just taking the money and leave.
