We contracted Spitzen Cleaning to clean our AirBnB unit. Over the course of six months we paid them more than $2,000 for their services. While the cleaners themselves were generally good, the owner's toxic attitude and inability to take accountability for their own errors ultimately make it impossible to recommend this company. When a company makes a mistake, they should be apologetic, understanding, and work with the customer to make it right. Instead, Spitzen's owners get defensive, deny any wrongdoing, and belittle their clients. Avoid!
