NEVER use ShinyTubs!
You're their most important customer until 3 yrs AFTER their refinishing, when, despite following all "rules" explicitly (only approved cleaning abrasives, use of bath liner WITHOUT suction cups that is taken up after each use of the tub) the finish begins to show signs of peeling... I tried twice to contact them to come and assess the situation and potentially redo. They didn't have the decency to respond. Customer service doesn't exist... Will never use them again...
